Solar installations and battery storage solutions are a low impact way to generate long term stable income from your large plots of land. What We Look For
Land that is:
- Exposed to direct sunlight
- Relatively flat
- Clear of trees and obstructions
- Outside of flood zones
- Close to existing power lines
- Accessible by public roads
Easy To Host
Solar farms and battery storage systems are very easy to host on your land. Once construction is complete, they are quiet and have no permanent on-site staff, requiring only occasional maintenance. They have minimal impact to the area and do not create traffic or pollution. We will manage everything on-site and you can sit back and enjoy rent checks for 20 years or more. At the end of the project, we will remove our equipment from the site leaving it open for further opportunities in the future.
Timeline
After reviewing your site we will provide you with an expected timeline such as feasibility studies, permitting, and construction. If your land is a good fit with our goals, we will talk about the next steps to move forward with our partnership.
